WHAT COATING USED FOR ACP/ACM?

Polyester Coating:
Polyester achieves bright colors and high gloss as well as matt finish with one coat applied during production. Commonly used for interior application, signage and digital print.
Our Signboard ACM could be directly applied to screen print, uv print, spray and adhesive films. The gloss ranges from 20% to as high as 90%.
If 2-coat polyester system, we can offer 8-10 years for exterior.

FEVE Coating:
FEVE has superior durability, weather resistance, UV stability and chemical resistance when compared to Polyester paint. There are 2 coats of paint applied during production with polyurethane as the base and fluoropolymer on top for enhanced weather performance. This high quality finish is available with a gloss finish in a wide range of colors offered from the Kynar palette.
Compared to PVDF, the colors are glossier and are more vivid and come with a 10 year warranty (upon the actual color and project location). The gloss ranges from 30% to as high as 80%. This finish is recommended for corporate signage and light commerical cladding.

PVDF coating:
PVDF is the most durable of all paint finishes available on ACM. It is manufactured from fluorine carbon resin with 2-3 coats applied during production, and then baked at high temperatures.
PVDF finishes are recommended for use in construction and are ideal for external wall cladding included commercial and residential facades, soffits and curtain walls.
PVDF is the best coating for metallic finishes protecting the appearance of the building and maintaining its original color decades, with a 15 to 20 years warranty(upon the actual color and project location).
PVDF may achieve the gloss range from 20% to 40%.
